Quality Committee
This committee operates in the area of monitoring and evaluating the quality of the different services of the Faculty.
The functions of the Quality Committee are: to advise the Dean’s team on the monitoring of the Quality Policy and the Strategic Plan of the FIB, to monitor the SGIQ, to advise and support the Dean’s team in the preparation of the different SGIQ documents and to submit proposals for improvement to the various collegiate or individual bodies of the Faculty.
Composition of this committee:
1. The dean, who chairs it.
2. The vice-dean for Quality or the person who performs these functions.
3. The head of the Cross-Functional Management Unit that supports the FIB or the person who performs these functions.
4. The head of the Institutional Support and External Relations Unit of the FIB or the person who performs these functions, who acts as secretary.
5. The quality officer, or the person who performs these functions.
6. A maximum of two professionals from the ICT sector appointed by the dean.
7. Two representatives of the teaching and research staff assigned to or affiliated with the Faculty.
8. One representative of the technical, management and administrative and services staff assigned to the Faculty.
9. Two representatives of the students enrolled in the Faculty.
The appointment of the two representatives of the teaching and research staff, the representative of the technical, management and administrative and services staff and the two representatives of the students is made from a candidature proposed by the dean and approved by the Permanent Committee with the support of a majority of at least two thirds of the valid votes cast.
The mandate of the two representatives of the teaching and research staff and of the representative of the administrative and services staff is two years, and that of the two representatives of the students is one year.
